Nice in a sorta Jackie mag circa 1976 kinda way (accessorised by Farrah hair flicks and long skirt) but I agree re wideness of leg issue.

The heel seems surprisingly high for that style of boot.
but give me a minute to 'get my eye in it'.

take your partner by the hand, lift 'em up and swing 'em round.

But I'm a shortarse and I wear them to work if they were comfy. If you're tall, get flat ones.

I mean I'd (I would) if I had them.

I actually have these and they are very comfortable - I wear them to work.

BUT I have quite muscular calves and these are quite spacious even on me - if you have more slender legs they would definitely be too wide.

Noah they are veh nice! but I can tell by the picture my twigs will swim in them. Can one get boots 'taken in' by a cobbler?

Frye boots give you 'shaft ' circumference, lol.

have you even been to Clarks Village (can't be massively far from you - is in Street)? You can try on loads of things in their factory store (have all the sizes lined up). Found it quite good for boots (and things like getting loads of kids trainers etc.).
