For those who have avoided the Fly boot phenomenon, you should stay away from Fatface too!

Because they have got some SUPERB boots and I am afraid to admit I succumbed this morning

I found the 41 very wide and I am normally a 41/42, but the 40 was too short, so got 41s and will wear insole probably...

sadly no offers on them atm but you never know! Unless someone has a catalogue code etc?

Anyway...now I have tempted you all I'm going to go and stare at them for a while

The brown is lovely, very purpley brown, I thought the purple might be too bright/young for old people like me. They didn't have any in the shop.

They are gorgeous! And not horribly pricey, for leather boots... I am a boot addict , but haven't bought a new pair for a couple of years...

Ohh I know, that's thsoe AND the fly...I can't decide. However the fly are the first in years that have fitted my scrawny calves so have got to keep them, anyway they've been worn a lot already! These are a wider calf so good for over jeans or anyone not scrawny

Mind you the pink lining has swung it for me totally. There is like a little white leather section right at the top, then pink stuff. I think I am turning into a boot fetishist.

They are very beautiful. And cheaper.

In fact I am thinking now that these might have to go back - just tried them again, and the foot is so wide, and my heel comes right up when I walk - it's weird as my toe hits the end, but the rest is too big. If an insole doesn't work it'll have to be thick socks or bust.

The fly are a great fit.

Ooh thankyou! I am glad if someone else can use the code and get them. Especially if they have different shaped feet to mine!! I got some lovely hush puppies in TKMaxx the other day which are a big 42 as well, they were half price but have to go abck too.

Hope someone has an 8 in the cheapo fly black ones, that they will sell me...I think I need to stock up on those actually, they are a rare find!

I just took mine back - but it's Ok as I love my mols.

I think I have the wrong shaped feet, or maybe they made the 8s particularly wide!

I tried them with trousers and tights and an insole - the insole helped but tbh they just did nothing for my legs, I like the mol as they are such a slim fit and make me look nicer!!!

Saw the purple ones today and they are also very pretty - much more subtle and dark than on the website.
