My head says it won't make any difference.

My heart says buy it.

brimfull Tue 15-Sep-09 21:16:03

yeh me too

QOD Tue 15-Sep-09 21:17:04

OOOOOOOOOOOOh I thought you meant the vibrator cunningly disguised as a mascara!

no to both :O

brimfull Tue 15-Sep-09 21:19:18

conjures up rather nasty mess

Hassled Tue 15-Sep-09 21:19:29

No, haven't tried it but find myself strangely tempted. It must feel bloody weird. We need a guinea pig, dammit.

ThePhantomPlopper Tue 15-Sep-09 21:22:52

I'm tempted but I was tempted by vibrating razors too and they were just annoying buzzing contraceptions that buzzed themselves off the side of the bath when you forgot to turn them off.

brimfull Tue 15-Sep-09 21:23:44

yes razors a waste of time

There is something seriously wrong with me today. I can't spell anything!!

They'd probably work quite well as contraception though TBH. grin

brimfull Tue 15-Sep-09 21:27:55

arf I didn't even notice tht typo

zazen Tue 15-Sep-09 21:29:20

Well my hand shakes a bit whenever I'm putting mine on...does that count?
It usually leaves blobs and lumps..

Maybe we should ask Madonna to try and put on mascara (is she does her own anymore) when she's up on her PowerPlate grin

ggirl.. LOL wink I thought we all waxed here!

Ewe Tue 15-Sep-09 21:33:41

I love it! Bought some in New York last year, been addicted ever since.

brimfull Tue 15-Sep-09 21:39:08

oh ewe well done you

<see where I was clever there?>>

does it lift and seperate?

4andnotout Tue 15-Sep-09 22:27:48

Hassled i think there are laws against putting make up on guinea pigs wink

Clever gg wink

It does lift and separate, when I first started wearing it I got LOADS of comments, asked if they were fake etc. I have fairly long but quite fair lashes though, need a tint just to look like I have eyes, can't comment on how well it works on dark lashes.

You can do this without paying for it by shaking your head from side to side while applying it, or by sawing the wand back and forth.
Lauren Luke, who does tips in the Guardian shows how to do it. No link, I'm afraid.

echt- yes was thinking thta this am when applying mine but it doesn't really do much.

Methinks i don't shake fast enough.

cornsillk Wed 16-Sep-09 17:36:13

ewe-is it the lancome one?

SqueezyCheese Wed 16-Sep-09 17:38:21

You could rest your elbow on the washing machine, mid spin, and get the same effect?

brimfull Wed 16-Sep-09 17:58:19

no washing machine under worktop lol

Ewe Wed 16-Sep-09 18:32:22

Yep, Lancome Oscillation.
