The red looks washed out but is it pinky red or orangy red?

Not in UK so have to pay for postage and returns so I really hate it when I have to send something back!

sorry don't have it but the colour is called rhubarb which suggests to me a pinky red.

You do realize I am going to have to buy that now? angry In the blue though, I think.

I passed it by in the catalogue, but on the home page of the girls section there's a little video of cute little girls wearing the clothes and the girl in the gypsy does a twirl and I know dd would LOVE a twirly dress like that smile

you're right flier, why didn't I think of that [dense emoticon]

Well it arrived on friday, and it's going back.

I'm so disappointed, it looks really cheap and nasty. The colour is faded orangy red, with royal blue embroidery - urgh! The fabric is really thin and there isn't enough gathering in the layers to make it properly twirly.

It's the first mini boden item I've bought that is really grotty.
