today i've been wearing quite high heeled boots, i love them and i like being taller and i like the look, however my feet ache a bit whenever i wear heels.but i often wear trainersso is this something i need to get used to then my feet won't ache or do high heels simply equal feet ache?
Yes. I love them, but it's a chore and I avoid them unless I know I won't have to walk much at all. I found that the better quality the shoe, the more comfortable they are. Which means that, in my mind, cheap shoes are a false economy and I have a perfectly good excuse to spend a bit more.
