Opinions on this dress please

this dress It's for a Civil Partnership I'm attending in September. I'm 5ft 6, dark skinned size 12. Also what shoes to wear with it? Does maxi = flats?

I always go for flats with maxis - think it looks much better. Or wedges if you really want some height but I am 5ft 3 so often need it!

It's on 25th September in Belfast so likely to be wet and windy. Fortunately the whole thing is happening in a hotel so I won't need to go outside.

I am definitely not rich so will need to do some 'fashion maths' to justify.

Dress is stunning. I'd go for flats too - they just look better with a maxi. Really nice flats though!

The dress arrived today. I ran upstairs, tried it on... and it is perfect. I did worry it may be a little long when I ordered it - but at 5ft 6 it just kisses the floor. Thanks everyone.
