Probably loads you can do with an accessorised black dress though.

MrsBadger Wed 26-Aug-09 09:26:41

EleanoraBuntingCupcake Wed 26-Aug-09 09:44:39

BalloonSlayer Wed 26-Aug-09 09:44:57

Can't find a picture to link to but what about a purple bikini and going as Sandy from Spongebob?

EleanoraBuntingCupcake Wed 26-Aug-09 09:46:37

or paint yourself purple and go as violet beauregarde from charlie and the chocolate factory

MissAnnesley Wed 26-Aug-09 09:46:47

MmmeEggs can you go as Angelina J in that gorgeous limey green maxi dress & a straight black wig down to your backside.

MissAnnesley Wed 26-Aug-09 09:48:10

This look I mean

MmmEggs Wed 26-Aug-09 13:14:28

Lol @ going starkers

I want Angelina's dress... now, how do I get that very cheap by the weekend? (actually, if I had that I could wear it to the wedding the weekend after )

MrsBadger Wed 26-Aug-09 14:22:03

ok it is not green
but it is cheap, glam, maternity and would probably do for the wedding too with a wrap or cardi

actually this isn't much more and would be good for the wedding too

had never conisdered ASOS for matwear but it is good
[ogles 'pencil dress']

MmmEggs Wed 26-Aug-09 16:31:06

Oooooooooooooh I really like the purple, the black is better price-wise, but not too sure if I can find a way to yank my norks up.

Just tried on a similar style halterneck dress (non-mat) and the norks don't actually look too saggy. I think where I'm getting to the end they have that plumped up effect.

Ordering the cheaper one for next day delivery (can't justify the other as much as I want to!)

MrsBadger Wed 26-Aug-09 16:35:53

hoick norks with tape

MmmEggs Wed 26-Aug-09 17:56:58

Black one ordered Angelina wore various black maxis too - will get DH to draw tattoos on me.

MrsBadger Wed 26-Aug-09 18:31:57

a Cher wig would do a good Angelina impression
add a biig pout

does this mean DH has to go as Brad Pitt? grin

MmmEggs Wed 26-Aug-09 18:36:17

hair can be as is (don't care enough wink) - tis brown, and can be "tousled".

DH is going as Joker. He is getting very enthusiastic and has spent two hours looking at youtube for makeup advice shock

MrsBadger Wed 26-Aug-09 18:52:16
