Has anyone had any experience with slendertone to tone up tummy bum hips thighs etc. I have always heard that they don't work but would be interested to hear from anyone who has actually used them and what they thought of them

Not worried about fat loss, am the weight I want to be but not the shape i want to be! How often and for how long did you have to use it, can you do other things when you are using it (for example I am assuming you cannot drive a car etc)
Any other products (if you are really avoiding the gym and sit ups!) you have found which work (or do you think it is all myth and exercise is the only way)
I am interested to hear that you think slendertone does tone you

you wear it for 20 or 40 minutes morning and afternoon, you can set it as mild or strong as you like, though i don't think the mild setting would do much. it hurts but you get used to it, can feel muscles contracting.

you can walk around etc with it on though it can sometimes get uncomfortable if you move around too much (it can suddenly contract another muscle) iykwim!

thanks southeastastra how many days did you repeat this to see results? did your muscles actually feel stronger as a result or is it fairly shallow types of muscle contraction? i am interested to know about pad replacement, i bet that is expensive
thanks for your comments

the contractions can be set to be very very stong! i couldn't put up with them that high but as high as you can put up with is best i imagine.

it took about three weeks with used morning and afternoon to make the muscles firmer. pad replacements aren't too expensive on ebay.
