If the dress was dead plain I would say go for it as I LOVE an animal print shoe. But the 2 colours on the dress makes me think..nah.

I know. The green would be ok but the turquoise bit is making me wary.

I LOVE the shoes though.

They don't go imo.

If you are going to spend more than £100 on shoes I think there are nicer ones than that that will actually suit the dress.

The neckline on that dress is frumpy and animal skin type shoes make me think of that Tory being 'funky', Theresa May.

I agree with FBGIB, there are much nicer shoes out there for that money.

What's the occasion?

The neckline is not frumpy.

I need thick straps to cover nursing bra. Plan to hoick the whole lot up to feed am sick to death of searching for feeding appropriate clothes.

I like both and think they don't need to 'go' in the traditional sense to look good.Animal prints are quite stand alone in that way and if you like it the sod all the rules

The neckline looks quite drapey. You might even be able to flop a boob over the top and drape a scarf to feed?

I like the dress.

Shoes don't go. They almost do, and fab animal print shoes with a jewel coloured dress could work, but both dress and shoes are a bit too conservative and it somehow doesn't quite work. I think it's because they are quite a safe, sensible pair of zebra shoes.

I like you Noddyholder.

The neckline is drapey. May be able to. Have a room in the hotel anyhoo to escape to if needs be.

Can anyone find some other fabulous shoes?

Please

Am doing the tea and bath time thing now so will be back later.

Can you get the dress in purple and these shoes.

I love the shoes but DH has banned me from buying anymore so I am having to live other peoples shoe porn at the moment!

I would usually say yes to a jewel colour and animal print, but I'm not keen on the shoes at all, so sorry.

I have a fab pair of leopard peep toes which I got from Tesco of all places (for a fiver nonetheless!) which IMO are far, far nicer than the Bodens- they are a little tame ('scuse the pun!)

I will try and find you some others if you would like?

I like the Lulu ones. Similar to Boden but higher, not sure i could walk in those all day.

The others look too Bet Lynch

It will look v Boden but it is a young peoples wedding, none of them will know about Jonnie and his hotpotch creations.

[feels like old fart]

Will look at Marks now.

If wearing nursing bra then it's fine.

I'd be tempted to go for something a bit more edgy in style and possibly in colour? these?

largeginandtonic · 30/07/2009 21:31

Clure i like BUT have fat legs. No ankle fastening.

I am also in need of some hold it all in body control underwear.

Pref one that goes from ankle to neck
