It was one heck of a bunfight.
Came away with a summer dress, two winter tops and a navy cardi. I would link but the site is still down.
Anyone else been?

I looked online but didn't find anything I wanted

One top for me, one pair of shorts for DS2. Lusted after a silk top but it was still £50 so I'm going to hang on in there to see whether it comes down some more.

I shopped online -housebound with swine flu infected son-and it took an hour owing to the oversubscribed website. But I got four tops and saved a small fortune. They don't usually start the sale with such good reductions so glad i persevered!

I popped in at lunchtime and it was very civilised. Bought a party dress and cardi for DD at half-price. The top I have my eye on is not in the sale. Plenty of gorgeous dresses if that's what you're after.

did they have any white linen trousers by any chance?

FritesMenthe · 14/07/2009 17:45

The white linen are not in the sale. There are some nice loooking white trousers in a thicker twill type fabric.

I have never bought the dds any clothes from monsoon. Too expensive.

I find the monsson near me a bit odd, all rather formal and unflattering. Like accessorize though

I was out shopping with DH and DS and we wondered in. DH bought DS a Tshirt with rock band instruments on (DH plays bass guitar) and one with racing motorbikes on (DH likes bikes).

I bought nothing
