Planned to go buy a ped egg after rave reviews on here.

Have just realised that drinking a pint of pimms is incompatible with this goal this afternoon.

Will a lump of sandpaper be as effective do you think?

Am i doomed to walk in tough tooties and sandals tomorow?

If your sat outside enjoying the weather, rub your heals on path, concrete.blush Had my sisters heals lovely and smoothe!

TheProfiteroleThief Sun 28-Jun-09 15:23:42

With the pimms as aenesthetic?

kittycatty Sun 28-Jun-09 15:35:26

If they are as bad as my sisters were you wont feel a thing lol

She has left all the dust (scraped off skin) on the path though hmm

muggglewump Sun 28-Jun-09 15:36:21

Hmm.
Do yout kids have a sandpiy?
Sand is good for smoothing nasty old hooves feet. You could go in it in the manner of those wine grape feet crushers?

muggglewump Sun 28-Jun-09 15:36:57

sandpit

TheProfiteroleThief Sun 28-Jun-09 15:37:12

arf at image of me (slightly squiffy) dancing in sandpit!

kittycatty Sun 28-Jun-09 16:32:56

Sandpit yes alot better than the path especially if your neighbours can see you. They might think your crazy scraping your heels across the path grin

Lulumama Sun 28-Jun-09 16:47:31

i use a pumice stone in the bath, a scholl AHA foot scrub before the bath, then a deep moisutring cream or vaseline morning and night. heels are immaculate

do fancy a ped egg though, although the advert makes me boak..

kittycatty Sun 28-Jun-09 17:02:40

The potato peeler made me boak

Am sitting here with band-aid on heel of foot where I somehow managed to completely rub through my heel with pedi-egg .... after 3 pints.... (nothing else in the house to drink!)... and feeling pretty sore as a result. I therefore advise not to consume pint of pimms before using pedi egg, or anything remotely similar....

I have to say, it's done the job though - the bits that aren't bleeding are silky smooth (such that they have not known in years!).

4.99 for a ped egg on the incense store
tell me thats a good price as I have just bought one to accompany the 4 pots of foot exfoliator and 3 foot files I already possess

Fimbo Sun 28-Jun-09 20:19:15

Don't worry, if its anything like here at the moment you will need wellies in the morning not sandals!

bellavita Sun 28-Jun-09 20:26:34

I can highly recommend the Ped Egg..

Tortoise Sun 28-Jun-09 20:41:34
