Please help!!

i always look really mumsy and wear plain clothes.

i'm going to a wedding on my own with dd who is 3mths old and will be seeing members of my family i haven't seen in ages.

i was going to wear an aubergine shift but went a bit mad in todays heat and bought this

its so beautiful and flattering....but is it too ott for a wedding? i did a google search on it and apparently it was a 'reveal' dress on the Gok show...help..i'm torn between looking fab but standing out....i'm usually a wallflower!

i can take any critisism...i dont mind the truth

Won't hurt for your DH to be a little bit jealous...

He obviously thinks you look hot in it.

I saw it while I was waiting for him then showed it to him. He is brilliant at picking out clothes. Much better than me. He also picked out this one but changed his mind as unsure about the ruffles around the v line.

Wow you've a good man there FBG!!

OP - that dress is gorgeous and you will look like the glamorous, serene, stylish earth mother I've always wanted to be! (at 5'4 I know better than to even look at a maxi!)

That dress was on Gok's Fashion Fix a while back. Check out his C4 website to see how he dressed it up.

Lovely dress by the way, Gok put it on an average height curvy girl, together with a fancy red? belt and chunky necklace. She looked great.

Beautiful dress, definitely wear it. Just perfect for a wedding.

And fabbaker, you should hold onto to your man cos it's a rarity to find a bloke who enjoys shopping with you. Your new dress is fabby too.

Lovely dress. My friend, whilst breastfeeding, wore something similar with a large pashmina, she didn't leave the room to feed as the pashmina was worn in such a way that feeding was very discreet.....
