I need a smart dress for a city break

I've got a smart city break planned in July and would like to buy a dress to wear for the ocassional meal out or whatever. Nothing too flashy but something light and summery and nice without being too formal.

I'm a size 16, (slowly dropping down but will still be 16 by then) apple shaped with large norks and good legs. And I've lost enough weight now that I do have a waist, if not a tiny one.

I like blues, greens, yellows etc - spring colours and prefer patters to solids.
