thread veins on legs- anyone had any luck with laser treatment?

Hi, just wondering if anyone had any success with laser threatment on thread veins on the legs? i have tried sclerotherapy in the past and found it painful and had not effective for me. am fed up with being embarrased by my legs, any advice would be welcomed!
