Blimey - they're not cheap either are they!?
You can get this type of thing in a charity shop if you really want it

My MIL's wardrobe's back in fashion?

Good Lord. The thought of those hideous clothes, partnered with tatooed women, has made me feel quite faint.

They were hideous then and they're hideous now.

The wallpaper inspiration? Hello, it looks hideous on a wall, put it on someone's massive arse and it really doesn't improve. And there's something revolting there for £50. £50 for a topshop dress? Oh boy, am I out of touch!

I think an awful lot of dresses in the past 3 or 4 years or so are extremely frumpy unless you are over 5ft 9 and size 8 or smaller. On anyone else, it's potato sack time.

These are actual old clothes aren't they - one-offs? - Topshop are just muscling in on the charity shops.

I have a cream heavyweight cheesecloth top with batwing sleeves, bought in Greece c 1978 - anybody want to make me an offer [hopeful]?

There a lot of tops that look like "simon shirts" in shops now too. My mum used to live in them and wrap around indian skirts in the late seventies.

I'm still stunned by the price tag! Surely the one and only reason for buying something in Top Shop was that it was cheap? Is £50 for a dress cheap nowadays?
