MascaraOHara Tue 28-Oct-08 22:06:20

MascaraOHara Tue 28-Oct-08 22:06:45

barbie1 Tue 28-Oct-08 22:07:17

the first ones!!!

twinsetandpearls Tue 28-Oct-08 22:08:09

first ones.

SlasherGoober Tue 28-Oct-08 22:08:44

Keep the first pair. The 2nd pair look a little like they have those letterbox strip things on them, but the first are very nice.

Tough one. What's the price difference?

akhemsProjectilePeaSoup Tue 28-Oct-08 22:09:05

first ones too

LaDiDaDi Tue 28-Oct-08 22:09:43

First ones, they are lovely.

Gobbledigook Tue 28-Oct-08 22:09:48

I prefer the second pair

brimfull Tue 28-Oct-08 22:10:17

def the 1st ones

LostProphet Tue 28-Oct-08 22:10:23

first def

janeite Tue 28-Oct-08 22:12:38

First - sorry, I don't like the 2nd unless you have yeti aspirations. The first look lovely and solid and would look great used to dress down a dress, with a long cardigan.

MinkyBorage Tue 28-Oct-08 22:13:00

thew second ones look like there's a gremlin trying to escape. In a bad way.
The first ones are nice

MascaraOHara Tue 28-Oct-08 22:15:06

there's about £30 price difference.. the 1st ones are cheaper and have a 'lighter' look iykwim but also look a bit cheap if I'm being honest.

The 2nd onces though look very heavy on.. and I'm wondering if they might look to heavy for skirts.

The 1st ones are winning margianlly as I think they are more versitile but I don't think they'll last long, sole feels very thin and they aren't real leather.

keep going guys because I'll end up going with the consensus.. I'm loving the both for entirely different reasons.

(Oh and the second pair I think will turn down nicely)

I knew I should have left them both in the shop lol

soyabean Tue 28-Oct-08 22:15:37

I like the first ones and quite fancy some myself but fear wd look muttony on me...(45)

Niecie Tue 28-Oct-08 22:19:02

1st ones.

The fluffy bits on the second ones will get dirty and they might not be so appropriate for autumn/spring - they look like winter only boots.

janeite Tue 28-Oct-08 22:22:04

Would avoid them if not real leather tbh; especially if the weather plans to carry on like this!

LittleMonkeysMummy Tue 28-Oct-08 22:33:29

The first ones are lovely although I have a pair of the second ones and they are sssooooo comfy. A bit too bulky for wearing with skirts but fab with jeans!

Lurcio Tue 28-Oct-08 23:03:39

The second pair look really cozy!

scaryfucker Tue 28-Oct-08 23:13:26

I like both but prefer the first ones

Did you say they are not leather?

What about these

You can also get em in brown and they are sturdy leather

MascaraOHara Wed 29-Oct-08 21:26:20

I kept the 1st ones and took the cat ones back.

wore them today - SO comfy!! and spent the 90-odd quid that the others would of cost on some funky tights, a jumpe dress, and a really cutsey floral print dress that I intend to wear them grin

quite pleased I couldn't find a holiday now blush
