Lin and Leo Bags

I can get the turquise changing bag down from £140 to £65 (will tell you where later!). Does anyone have the turquoise bag? If so is it a nice turquiose colour or a bit brash and cheap looking? I prefer the chocolate one but that's not come down in price!

I love the turquoise Lin and Leo bag!!
Nice bright colour for winter. That price is a steal too, so do let us in on the deal (after you've gotten yours, of course)!

Oh and there is nothing "cheap looking" about these bags! They are excellent quality leather and look great in all the colours!

Never seen one in RL but they look lovely on website. I have wanted one for ages - Spill JoJo where is this fab deal?

I have the turquoise one, I love it. Definitely not cheap looking. Although I'm certain I didn't pay anywhere near £140 for it, although that was 18 months ago.

Blooming marvellous have it at £99 but if you add in code TPR2 it will bring it down further. It was a code I got so not sure if it is universal although as Mumsnet users we have an automatic 10% discount too.

Just tried but code not valid

Tried this too - but Blooming Marvellous say only one discount - i.e. £99 - per offer, so no 10% with the discount.
Anyone found any other discounts on Lin&Leo?

Hi Everyone,

I've been searching to find the cheapest Lin and Leo leather changing bag possible (as the TPN2 code didn't work for me either on the blooming marvellous website).... the best news I can offer is that Babes With Babies, London, are offering a special price of £97.00 on the Chocolate brown version of the bag.

They also have the turquoise and raspberry versions on there too for £97, but these appear to be the only colours. Standard first class post is free of charge, so £97 is the total price to pay.

I love the chocolate one, but was not willing to pay £140 for it! So am chuffed I've managed to find it with £43 knocked off, as I'm sure I'll be using this long after my baby (due in Jan) is out of nappies.

Here's a link to the site: www.babeswithbabies.com/product_details.asp?product=Lin+and+Leo+Chocolate+Baby+Changing+Bag&p roduct_id=1244

Good luck

Literally just ordered the turquoise one from Blooming Marvellous. It's down to £99 from £140 and if you add the code DWT6 you get 20% off for spending over £60. Also, you get free delivery.

I?ve totally fallen in love with the Lin and Leo bags! I?m so desperate to get one but really can spend £140. I?ve tried Blooming marvellous but they seem to have gone into administration and you can?t access their website. I?ve searched around and the cheapest I did find was £124 + free delivery from www.shopeezee.co.uk but went on buy today and they have up the price to £159!
I must have this bag; can anyone help me find one for a more affordable price?

My mum had just ordered me the turquoise Lin & Leo bag from Blooming Marvellous. £140 reduced to £99, she used the code MNET to get 10% off as well. I?m so excited and can?t wait for it to arrive.

I've been after one of these turqoise bags, but blooming marvellous website has been down and now they are £159. Alibongo1 how long ago did your mum order the bag or did she do it from a branch?

I nearly ordered this bag from cecilyplum the but they were out of stock and now they seem to have gone up to £159 everywhere!

I believe Blooming Marvellous have gone into administration.
There is a thread about it which explains what will or won't be sent/refunded.
Sorry if it affects any of you who have ordered

Have you tried www.koochycoo.com? I see they stock them.

Actually just checked, they only have the red one's left for £159
www.koochycoo.com/shop/index.php/travel/changing-bags/babybag-red-4.html

They must be a popular bag cause most suppliers seem out of them, bit expensive for my taste though.

Hello, just been reading up on the Lin&Leo BabyBags... they are GORGEOUS.... but SOLD OUT everywhere at the moment.... They really must be the bag to have! All my NCT girls are talking about them and some already have theirs waiting their arrivals!

But Lin&Leo have posted a note on their site to say that they will have got plenty more arriving at the end of June - so not long to wait now! You can pre-order one in their site and they will only take the money when your bag is despatched directly from their warehouse. Sadly, the bags are all now £159, but if you think about it, you probably wouldnt think that was too much for a 100% leather fashion handbag? And this bag will become your handbag for the next year and be used pretty much all day everyday too.... so makes it well worth it.

Also, the 2 girls that run Lin&Leo are apparently also mums with pretty little babies themselves, so know what we need for a simple day as they will have road-tested all their designs to make sure they are exactly as a Mum needs!

So hang in there to June and maybe Lin&Leo will put another of their surprise offers on their site?

Hi, I'm sure you have probably got hold of one by now, but just in case you haven't...I just received my delicious turquoise Lin and Leo bag from Blooming Marvellous. I ordered it last week and got the mumsnet 15% discount so only £140! Hurray!

I have a raspberry Lin & Leo bag and I get compliments on it all the time. Its very roomy but it has marked on the side where it would hang next to my body/jeans. Not sure how to get those out. That's my only negative point.

I had a Lin and Leo bag. It was shite. The zip kept jamming (seriously frustrating when you have a screaming dirty baby half-dressed), the leather marked, the inside lining was not wipe clean and very thin so ripped easily, the bag was really bulky in a way that made it difficult to carry etc.

People did say it looked nice, but I didn't rate it at all practical-wise.

I should in the interests of balance state that I sold it, with all the flaws pointed out, to someone who adored it. Maybe it depends if you want style over practicality.

My friend has a chocolate bag and loves it so I've just ordered a tan one. If you add your name to the Babes With Babies mailing list you get 10% off your first order which makes it even better!! If you've got a problem with a sticky zip have you tried running a lead pencil along it? It's supposed to help.

I agree with Aida123, my three friends all have Lin and Leo baby bags, and they all LOVE them! Maybe it's a Marmite thing? I want to get the lovely red one. Squeee!

I've been looking for the best deal. I like Babies'n'babes and CecilyPlum best as shops, and there's a code at Bambino Goodies that makes it 10% off, but all the prices are otherwise the same. Is there anywhere doing a better deal?
