I am fat. I have ONE big loose batwing type t-shirt that hides the muffin top whilst I am losing weight. I need more.

Help.

Before we get fatness arguements, I am fat for me.

I lost a stone, felt fabulous, and have put nearly all of it back on.

I hate how I look and need to hide it whilst I lose it again.

I have large norks and this one top suits me and covers the bulge.

They had loads of tops like it on x-factor at the weekend - I need stuff like that, but cheap.

I can't interest you in a nice soft CurleyWurley then grin

MerlinsBeard Thu 09-Oct-08 12:29:12

is it just your arms that you are wanting to hide? or muffin top? or your norks?

<MoM notices this is in style and realises that she has none so wanders offgrin>

sod all in primark - all tight at the bottom in the wrong places.

Tis muffin I am hiding - the batwing just seems to suit the norks, tis more wideness needed than the sleeve - happy with strappy

I don't really know how to cope with large norkage!(am dreading stopping bf, mine will disappear!)

Have to say that jeans that are slightly too big helps with muffin top(oddly_)

MerlinsBeard Thu 09-Oct-08 12:33:13

my primark has lots of loose fit knitwear type stuff(grey cardi on one of the FB pics is from there)

I can't buy new jeans - if I buy new jeans I will have no incentive to shrink. I need the pain of squeezing.

New Look?

MerlinsBeard Thu 09-Oct-08 12:43:33

oh right i see

until someone with actual style comes along...

LAYERS!

vest top(to squish), long sleeve t shirt, bat wing type knit 3/4 sleeve (or at least that is what i have on alot at mo!!

and eat less exercise more(but i know you know thatwink)

Flamesparrow Thu 09-Oct-08 12:49:18

I get hot v quick MoM blush

I quite like this am thinking tall means it will be nice n long

MerlinsBeard Thu 09-Oct-08 14:01:08

have you a long upper body?

it looks quite short but hard to tell from a picture really!

lizandlulu Thu 09-Oct-08 16:33:31

there was a whole thread about a week ago, about a top in marks and spencer, i cant link at the mo, but the item code is T690719f, if anyone would be kind enoughsmile

Flamesparrow Thu 09-Oct-08 20:28:20

That is a nice top, but too tight.

this could work though....

Flamesparrow Thu 09-Oct-08 20:30:10

Oh upper body average length, but tall top means it is likely to come down really low and cover muffin

Pannacotta Thu 09-Oct-08 20:39:32

Here is the top lizandlu means, does indeed look very flattering:

Flamesparrow Thu 09-Oct-08 20:41:42

It looks really tight round belly though

Pannacotta Thu 09-Oct-08 21:00:54

How about something like this instead which you coudl leave unbuttoned at the waist?

Pannacotta Thu 09-Oct-08 21:34:40
