Raincoat for 4 year old girl

Help, where can I buy a raincoat, oilcloth type? (Don't like character ones, although my daughter would love Peppa Pig!). Any help appreciated.

toby tiger have some nice ones - they come up small though - my dd (5) had 5-6 when she was 4 (you can find them cheaper than my link if you look around the internet)

I got my daughter a nice Peter Storm one from Milletts. It s plain and has a nice fleece lining, so warm too.
