I like the idea of them but I have legs like badly finished sausages.

Would they look shit?

Topshop have got them.

I wore some yellow tights the other day. Got some very strange looks on the school run, but I think they look nice. Got them from Primark, they've got them in almost every colour and were only £1.

Yes yes yes, this is all well and good - BUT WILL THEY MAKE MY LEGS LOOK LIKE KRAKOWSKA?

Report
3kids1cat · 07/10/2008 18:10

No they wont. And if they are a bit thin, or you feel like you need more support wear two pairs, either two purple or put a black pair underneath.

I have some purple ones freom Debenhams. Also have bought some teal and navy ones from New Looka nd they are surprisngly good. I am going back to buy every colour they have. I am loving coloured tights at the moment.

There was a tip-off on here a day or so ago that Next had tights in fab colours. I tried one branch today which had only black, brown and one pair of purple, but maybe the shop had already been raided by eager MNers!

Yes, second the recommendations for M&S. They last for ages.

Have purple ones and teal green ones - they both look fab.

I may try online for nexr, alhthough one person can only wear so many pairs of tights,

i.e. too much of it (but not allowed to complain because I moan even more if I'm quiet ) and doing something new that makes me nervous/lacking in confidence!
