Threading (for eyebrows) is it better than waxing? More painful? I have eye issues!

Have had threading done only once.
Still hurts the same as waxing imo.
But it's quick so over in a second, maybe slightly longer than waxing.

found it like tweezing, only sorer as someone else was doing it, if that makes sense!

Actually prefer waxing even though I too get the soreness and redness for ages afterwards. The pain is short and sharp, and over much quicker than threading. With threading it seemed to take ages.

Try taking an ibuprofen before and wiping your eys area with witch hazel afterwards - that helps me.

i have been threading for around a year

it gives the BEST shape and is much less painful than waxing IME

with the threading no lotions or potions are used so nothing can irritate your skin

No no no, threading is much better, it does hurt more at the time but it doesn't irritate the skin as much, so you don't get as much redness. With waxing I always have spots for several days afterwards.

Much better shape with threading - if it's done by someone who knows how to do it well.

Threading, defo! A lot less painful than waxing, no horrible red blotchiness for the next 24hrs like you do with waxing. I get my whole face done and it takes less than 5 mins.

Had threading done for the first time recently and much, much less painful than I expected. Very quick and redness only lasted a couple of hours.
I'm a convert!!!
