Help me find the following kids boots....

I want to get some boots for the kids this winter. so ideally they would be fleece-lined (for warmth), waterproof with thick treads (is that how u spell it?) for snow/ice.

i've had quick search on the net and nothing somes up.. anyone seen anything that might fit the bill...
