Going shopping tomorrow - need some help pretty please

OK so I have lost two stone and now fit back into my size 12 trousers - hurrah!
But all my tops are threadbare, baggy and otherwise unpresentable.
I now have two pairs of Boden grey wool trousers, two pairs of jeans and a highwaisted black pencil skirt that I need to find tops for.
Am taking the children school shoe shopping to our nearest big town tomorrow - any ideas for where I can go for tops (it has all the big chains) that will work with that stuff for a big-norked redhead. I especially don't know what to wear with the pencil skirt - I can't even remember what I USED to wear with it.
Thanking you, kind ladies.

So no one has seen any nice tops anywhere? Or are you keeping them all to yourselves.
Please help, I will probably be able to persuade DH to wrangle the kids for 45min max after we have done all the school-related purchases, so time is of the essence for my own fashion-related needs.

Stella, i love french connection i'm small with big boobs and their tops always fit me. Its hard though as everyone has different taste etc and depending on your age(that sounds bad but i do think it matters) What do you want the tops for?
Everyday, work or going out. I like to buy a few bits in primark and h&M and then go and splash out on some really good expensive pieces. Have a look on the websites of shops such as topshop, french connection and warehouse to see if they have anything you like, it'll save you trawling around all the shops with the kids. Boden have some nice wraparound jumpers which are good for big boobs too. Have fun.

Oh, thanks guys. Not for work, I am SAHM and sadly out of touch with fashion, but now I have lost weight I want to pull myself together a bit more. I am the dress queen normally so separates are challenging me.
New season resolution - five black dresses are enough in any woman's wardrobe.
