I think the second 2 are a bit 'lady of the night'!

The pink ones I like.

I love the second pair, and really don't like the third pair at all. They all look painful, but then I'm a bit of a comfort before beauty person as you would realise if you could actually see me now.

3 people, each going for a different shoe. ARGH!! Should I buy all 3? I returned a £370 pair of Choos today so it's kind of a bargain to buy 3 pairs for under £200, no?

I think one pair of really good shoes is better...what were the Choos like?

If I had to choose I would go for the pink ones. And is it a bargain to get 3 pairs of shoes for £200? no, not really.

Only like the 1st ones (2nd ones too cheap-looking; 3rd ones will date)- if that's any help at all!

they were these but a touch too small. To be fair, I do own a couple of pairs of ££ designer shoes but only in classic materials and styles - red patent just seems a bit too 'this season' to justify the expense. If I am going to spend megabucks, it has to be on something that I'll wear for a couple of years, at least, dykwim?

i think the pink ones look a little cheap but am not a fan of satin and they'd get scruffy really quickly.

the glad style would look cool with dress or jeans.

what were you planning on wearing them with?

to be honest i'd probably go for one more expensive pair - have you looked on lk bennett they have some lovely shoes and some still in their sale.

buy all 3

hard for me to buy sale shoes - have large feet and they are almost never in the sale. So maybe my thinking about bargain shoes is skewed.

Leander - I like your style!!

I think you'll be disappointed with all three compared with the gorgeous choos.

WaynettaSlob · 25/08/2008 21:36

Like the first two, although the pink ones I think will look old after a couple of wears.

3rd pair look like what they are - cheap versions of the real thing.

And BTW - the choos were divine.........I wish I didn't have stupid wide feet and could wear beooooooootiful shoes.....

sorry Kerry mum, do you mean you don't like red and pink? or that they are impractical? or what?

Not so keen on the pink ones as not a pinky person!

Quite like pair 2 , sort of like a feminine dominatrix, gorge with pencil skirt, large belt and polo neck in winter.

Love the last ones, really funky, I wan I wan!

The pink ones look like something you could buy a cheap knock off of. Only good if you have an outfit that they would complete.

The second ones look expensive and I think kind of Italian/Spanish.

The third pair look like Lancashire clogs with a heel. Don't do it!

traceybath · 25/08/2008 21:43

my feet are too wide for lovely shoes - choos are very narrow.

lk bennett is as designer as i get.

oh, I love pink shoes and red shoes and snakeskin shoes and all things OTT. When it comes to shoes that is. My clothes are generally quite classic

MerryMarigold, the Choos are gorgeous, 'tis true, but I am just not a massive fan of patent. If they were that shade and shape in satin or leather, sold, no problem, would even live with the sight pinch of buying half a size too small. I do have a lovely pair of patent Choos but they are black wedges and seem as though they will go the distance a bit better than the red ones.
