Why is it so hard to get a 40C off the hanger bra in shops these days????

They all seem to stop at 38" and then the 40" ranges only seem to start in the D cups! It seems to be either for those who are small norked or those who are large norked but with small backs...

I could get a 40C from the packets but they are so bland... I want sexy...frilly....

They have it all wrong in so many shops 30H is an enigma in alot of places apparently people with that size back don't have noma#s norks
