Shall I go for a bob that is short on one side and longer on the other?

Bored, bored bored bored bored, BORED!

I have a bob now - see profile pics if you want, and it's long at the front, short at the back. It's nice, I like, but fancy a change.

So - having a colour (have some grey sneaking in) and it's going to be subtle lowlights underneath in a kind of reddy / purpley colour.

But the cut - I thought, maybe I might try the sort of bob that on one side ends at just under my ear lobe and the other side ends about 6 inches from my ear lobe.

What do you reckon?

Is that style not kind of 80's? I like it as it is now but can appreciate the boredom factor.

Is your dp Scottish?

A woman I know has this, it looks like she holds her head at an angle.

I had almost exactly as you describe a few years back, looked great but has to be cut all the time. The longer between cuts the worse it looks

Our regional news reporter has that style and well let just say her clothes are not exactly high fashion.

I was going to say no way but having looked at your pictures I think that you are one of the few people that could carry it off!

What about a graduating cut up to the nape of your neck ? Longer at front ?

Thomcat · 15/07/2008 21:25

lilyloo -yeah I have that cut now. Had it for ages, hence the need for change.

The fact I'm asking shows I'm unsure, never asked opinions before.

Just need a change.

Maybe I'll get a tattoo instead?
