definitely buy the right size, too small looks bad on anyone. There are those magic pants that squish everything in, they do the trick!

I have this and it's fab and really comfy too. They do lots of different styles. If you look for a figleaves voucher code you might even get some money off, I got £10 off.

flexees waist cincher. It varies £10-£18 (I think they used to have them on figleaves, not sure they still do).

It goes from just under your bra to your hips. So you don't have to put up with nylon crotches and a sweaty bottom.

I have one which I keep my wobbly tummy in check with when I am going out and don't want to well, wobble.

Spanx. They work but are expensive.

But beware this hazard When I was a feathered ape, I hadn't actually tried. Since I was wilfed, I did. It went horribly, wetly wrong...

Recently bought some from debenhams online like normal pants but they go right up to your bra - they are fantastic - no bulge where they end was dead impressed and I think they were £15 ish? Really cant recommend them highly enough made me feel really slim and beyootifull!
