Am thinking of buying some for dd. She has a mark on her leg from a mosquito bite from last year.

Any success stories?

I have a whopping great scar (1 inch by 2 inches in old money) on my knee. Its a lot flatter and has faded, thats after using said oil for about 3 months (sporadic use)

A plastic surgeon recommended dermalmd scar serum for repairing scars. Our cat scratched my wrist deeply in four parallel scratches when she panicked when I went to pick her up. Dermalmd scar serum completely erased these scratches.

Just had a quick Google for Dermalmd but it doesn't seem to be available in the UK? I'm looking for a treatment as I'm having surgery in a couple of weeks and will be left with a visible scar.

It made them paler. I found the own brand stuff worked just as well.

I used Bio oil after a breast reduction 3 years ago. The surgeon recommended it. You can literally hardly see the scars.

I recommend Bio oil to my patients after surgery and have seen some good results. I have heard that the Aldi version is just as good and a lot cheaper.

After surgery, I had a huge scar stretching from the back of my ear to the base of my throat. The surgeon recommended putting Bio Oil on daily, which I did for about 2 years. It's still there of course, but not noticeable unless you are looking for it.

I spilt hot oil down myself it scared.

Biooil faded the redness of it and made it a more skin tone. If I can very tanned you can see its a differamt shade but mot noticibke day to day.

It also softened the skin so its mot the thick bubbled melted looking skin it was orginally when the scauld was new.
