Please help! Advice from hair dressers and extension workers!

I’m panicking, I’m stressing out BIG time. I had nano bead hair extensions put in around June time. I’ve had appointments to move them up with no problems. I’ve just had one fall out, with all my hair cut off! I’ve just got the small pliers to see if it happens to all of them, and yes, another has just done the same thing!

What the heck has caused this and what can I do? I’ve messaged my hair dresser but she hasn’t come back to me and I can’t find anything online. 😢😢😢😢
