Really comfy trainers needed

I work 12 hour shifts in a care home. I’m constantly on my feet, by the time I get home I’m in so much pain I can’t get to sleep!
I bought some trainers with memory foam, but they’re just not cutting it.
Please, please help save my soles!
I’d prefer lace less, and Crocs are banned. I’ve never worn trainers before starting this job, hence my lack of knowledge.

Adidas zx flux. They do have laces but they are the most comfy trainers I've ever had. So much so, I have them in different colours

All the nurses in the hospitals I work in wear Sketchers so I copied them and I will never go back to my court shoes again.

The comfort of trainers depend very much on the type of feet you have, I find anything with memory foam awful I need solid support or I end up in pain. I know you're not using them for running but could you get to a specialist sports shop and have your feet/gait analysed. You can explain to them what they're for and have them look at your walking gait or i've also had one where I squatted on a heat board. This will tell you if you need cushioning, support, where the support is needed etc. otherwise its stabbing in the dark when buying

Yes I was going to say Fitflop as well, specially their Rally trainers are so comfortable and you can get them in slip on or lace style

You don't necessarily need padding for comfort. You can have memory foam but if it's not a supportive shoe your feet will still ache.
A proper support under your arch and fitted around your ankle will make even a hard soled shoe more comfortable than a badly fitting soft shoe.
Ideally you want a blend of the two.

If you'd prefer lace less but find a comfortable style with laces
I can recommend elastic laces which " stay put" if that's an issue

I brought the skechers goldie, but I can't wear them without getting a blister, I only wore them once, they are now on ebay, I just wish I hadn't worn them out. Its funny how you wear them round the house and they are fine, as soon as I wear them out I get a blister.

Vionic are bit pricy but very supportive with my high arch.
