Tell me all about sezanne. Who's it aimed at? Pricey? Reasonable? Quality? Returns? Never bought from there but considering it.

I love their clothes! Good quality but pricey. I find their tops are generous and bottoms true to size. Stuff sells out v quickly. Returns are easy.

Not sure age group they are aimed at but I am in my 50s.

Quality is beautiful but things you would expect to be able to machine wash are hand wash only (looking at you 100 percent cotton top that shrank at 30 degrees). I know people in 30s and 40s who wear it too, I’ve never had to return anything. It’s reasonably generous sizing - I buy my normal size and it fits on a fat day still.
On the whole I’m happy with everything (even the shrunken too) I’ve bought from there.

I also love their clothes and tend to buy quite a lot, partly because the London shop is near me so I pop in there often and don't have to pay shipping/return costs. Prices are good compared to other French brands like Ba&Sh, Maje etc. Quality is pretty good. Some of the tops can be a little bit thin/cheap feeling in real life. If there's anything you particularly like, let me know and I'll tell you if I've tried it/seen it in there. Like @Martinisarebetterdirty, I've also had one thing that shrank when washed for the first time in a washing bag on a 30 degrees delicate wash. It was a cotton Breton top. It shrunk about 5cm all round and they wouldn't refund me despite vociferous complaints. I was very cross but it didn't stop me shopping there!
