Laser facial hair removal (white hair)

I'm sure I read somewhere that there is now a kind of laser hair removal treatment for fair/white hair but I can't find any information.

Does anyone know of such a thing or have I dreamt it (wishful thinking)?

Is this peach fuzz or actual proper hair? I've had some electrolysis on my blonde 'tasche. It takes much longer than laser because they have to stab each hair follicle individually, but it's permanent.

It can only be done on hair that's quite thick at the root though (eyebrow size or similar), most peach fuzz is too fine to get the needle into the follicle.

No, not peach fuzz. Menopausal wiry sods.

Electrolysis can remove white hair.

Yes, definitely electrolysis will work on those. It's horrifying isn't it? I dread being in a coma; I'd wake up looking like Father Christmas.

I've never fancied electrolysis. I've waxed, plucked, epilated and trimmed over the years but I'd like them gone for good so will look for an electrolysis clinic.

The irony that head hair gets thinner but chin hair just keeps popping up. Hate it.

Google the soprano ice laser. It works on all hair colours.

Thanks @lookingoutside. I've been reading about it but sadly found this at the end of the article:
NOTE: Those with white or grey hair in the area to be treated are not suitable for treatment, as there is no pigment in the hair follicles for the laser to target so treatment will be ineffective.

Ah no. Sorry @poppym12 I hope you find something that’s suitable x

Thanks @lookingoutside. It's very useful to know about as it apparently works on all skin tones so anyone with darker skin who hasn't been able to have laser hair removal before should be ok with this one (as long as there's some colour in the hair).

Ok I am battling this at the moment. I have a Lumea which is amazing for dark hair but does nothing for the blonde and whatever anyone says about shaving it off - I am not doing that.
Have a look on YouTube for Spearmint tea for facial hair. You drink two cups a day and it lowers the androgens in your body which is what's causing the excess facial hair (in my case!). I started at the weekend and am also using a hair minimising cream twice a day that I got from amazon.
I pray for the day when someone invents a laser that tackles white or blonde facial hair. They would be billionaires over night!
