I've been mildly obsessed with this dress for a while now and every spring I umm and ah about whether I can justify £400 on a casual dress - the answer is always no.

Been doing my usual periodic browsing for a substitute and H&M have this in their new collection (naughty!)

No need to thank me wink

Yep I clocked this too! I’ve ordered it in 2 sizes to try. They did a very similar white one last year, but blue and white is just so summery smile

What sizes did you get? I went for M as a size 12 but now I'm thinking maybe I should have gone for a looser fit.

S and M. It said the model was wearing M, I’m a 10 so not smaller than her, but I don’t suit very oversized things so thought I would just try the S just in case. Whichever one I don’t keep (or both) I figure will be in demand on eBay grin

Yeah, I went for XL as L was sold out this morning. Having properly looked at the pics the model I think is in a size or two bigger than you might otherwise assume, and flat chested so maybe an XL won't be too far out on me. I had the same thought about eBay!

Hey @AOwlAOwlAOwl, did yours arrive? I’m keeping the M smile it’s gorgeous for the price. I just wish I was going on holiday somewhere hot to wear it for a beach walk and cocktails! The only thing is it’s extremely short so I might need to invest in some modesty shorts 😂

Yes! I'm also keeping the medium, it looks fab. It is indeed a very cocktails on the boardwalk sort of dress isn't it so I hope we get some good summer weather this year to get some use out of it 😂

I love the original, the H&M not so much
