Please help me find a rucksack

Not very exciting but I need a new rucksack.

Must be black or grey, and have several pockets. Big enough to pack 2 nights worth of clothes in. Not leather. I'd ordinarily look at Kipling, but they are monstrously expensive. I don't want to pay more than about £80. I found a Rains one I like the look of, but it hasn't got many pockets. I now have no idea where else to look.

Ideas much appreciated!

What about eastpak? They have a good range. This
Might work www.eastpak.com/uk-en/backpacks-c120/provider-black-pEK520008+00+999.html

Thanks. Would prefer something a little less school bag, but it might not exist!

I have a grey Barbour Eaden backpack. Waxed cotton, one front pocket, one interior pocket. Decent size. Would that do you? I got mine reduced down to about £40 but they seem a bit more expensive than that at the moment.

I have a victorinox backpack - it’s survived teaching placements, several holidays, overloading at the supermarket. It’s not pretty, but it’s sturdy. They always seem to be available at TK Maxx for £30 - £40.

Knomo, perhaps? (They're lovely bags, although may not have enough pockets for you...).

I've got two knomos that I love, use them every day. Perhaps this one knomo.com/products/clifford-laptop-backpack-smoke-119-414-smk

Think the need for pockets will mean everything will look a bit school ish

TK Maxx had loads of really nice rucksacks when I was last in.

I second the suggestions go with Osprey . I particularly like the transporter: www.ospreyeurope.com/shop/ie_en/transporter-40-2017

I rate gandys backpacks have a teal Bali backpack for work. It has a laptop section inside. It's waxed cotton.

I'm a big fan of Jack Wolfskin rucksacks. My dds have the kids' Berkeley rucksack and if I had a reason to I would buy the adult one.

Honestly? I went in JD Sport & got a £20 black Adidas rucksack with a small logo.
It's perfect for work (NHS).

Quite like this but not really a fan of gold.

My dc found the Adidas bags broke within a few weeks (why do children today have such heavy bags? When I were a lass, etc, etc).

Superdry bags are very robust. My 18 year old ds still has his year 7 bag knocking about - he’s torn the front pocket off, but the actual bag is still sound.

It's just a pity so many of them have huge logos on.

Herschel? They're robust, and seem to be some reduced with Black Friday sales.
