Olaplex: How to use?

Just that really? Can anyone tell me what I do/how to use it? Do I need to get the shampoo and every item in the range or can I just use conditioner? I don’t know much about it other than it’s meant to improve hair condition, which I could do with!

I just use the number 3 solution - once a week I comb it on before I go to bed and wash off in the morning. I also have to wash the pillowcases!
I notice when I have missed a week.

My hairdresser recommended I use no3 but then said I wouldn’t be able to use any shampoos with sulphate in. I can’t recall why but presume they undo some of the good that olaplex does. My issue is that I love my shampoo and conditioner and they really help the colour of my hair and so I’m loathe to give them up but I’ve heard olaplex is amazing so I’m interested in feedback too. Ps my hairdresser recommended alterna caviar shampoo to go with using olaplex 3 but it costs a bomb. I do think he knows his stuff and if he recommends then I’m sure it’s good.

My hairdresser recommended caviar shampoo too! Yes it costs an arm and a leg and I wince every time I pay for it. But my hair was terrible - it's v fine, flyaway and after a stressful couple of years I was suffering with hair loss. Much nicer feel and look now (but hasn't been able to work miracles on the thinning patches!!).
