Lower tummy shape wear

Hi all!
So. I have a very specific problem area and want some recommendations...

I have had 2 babies. I lost a a lot of weight since and am a size 10 - have been for about 2 years.

I have no love handles, I have a small waist. My bum is not really an issue. I don't have saddlebags and my thighs are ok.

However, I really need a tummy tuck and have become slightly obsessed at looking at 'if I won the lottery' surgery options recently. That pouch below my tummy button is doing my head in. It's loose skin, stretch marks and old surgery scars (not a c-section. A lateral scar from a bladder surgery which runs all the way down from my navel to my foof creating a really attractive midline crease)

Above my waist is fine. I had an incisional hernia repair and the muscles were pulled nicely tight.

That just makes the separated muscles and loose skin below look worse. I can't wear clothes that flatter the bits I've worked so fucking hard for because of this big pouchy bit. (I do realise this sounds really smug and self-satisfied, but trust me. I've hated by body all my life and it has been through sooo much)

I need shapewear that totally squishes that one particular part.

I can find things that squash everything. Ones that squish in waists, lift arses, squash thighs...

But I don't want to be squished in all over, I just want something fairly normal that holds in that one bit so it is actually somewhere approaching in proportion with the rest of me.

Does this exist?

I have a similar problem perhaps I think, spanx are always the best I have found. The knicker version rather than the shorts version because they literally only work on your tummy area.. I've got a few different varieties depending on what I want to wear.

Thank you! Sounds perfect.
I really don't want to be wearing things that suck me up to my bra or go halfway down my thighs.

Just knicker size with a panel that tugs in the right bit.

Thank you!

Thong stomach control shapewear. Spanx or maiden form.

I am a similar shape to you I think but a lot bigger. I don't like or need the big tight sweaty numbers which go all over.

I have some Slogi (sp?) control knickers. They are knicker size (albeit not low rise). They come to just below belly button height on me. They aren't firm control, which also helps as otherwise I feel like I'm being cut in half a bit.
