Anyone successfully got rid of the dots on their legs that are always there in my case?

I seem to always have dots on my legs. They’re obviously due to the hair follicle being slightly raised, maybe slightly inflamed? Not improved by either waxing or shaving? Don’t really want to go to the expensive of a laser although I might in the future.
Any product that might solve this? 🤔

I had this too and the only thing that's got rid of it is the Philips IPL thing. Sorry.

Do you mean keratoris pilaris? No, not found any treatments for it as of yet, personally - though lots of balms and ointments try to sell themselves as such!

I've found that regular exfoliating helps...I have a scrub mit which I use in the bath and a brush in the shower. Also, occasionally using a cream hair remover like Veet also works.

You could try some Tend Skin ingrown hair solution after exfoliating.

I went for the psychological fix - 1 in 3 people have keratosis pilaris ergo it's normal and anyone judging me for it is a dick, so I will Do My Bit to normalise it by, er, basically ignoring its existence.

But I'm watching with interest cos it is vaguely irritating at times!

I do know that cracked heel cream works for keratitis pilaris which I used to get on my upper arms. However I don’t think it’s that 🤔

I have only got rid of mine by using the Lumea for hair removal.

Watching with interest as I have this. I dry body brush every day so I don't think it's an exfoliating issue. I recently started using a glycolic peeling toner that was too harsh for my face on my shins. It seems to be helping a little.

I use an exfoliating moisturiser and it really helps. I think mine were like tiny ingrown hairs plus KP.
The best one was Ameliorate lotion but it's expensive. Palmers sell one but it stinks (have only seen it online although maybe large Boots stock it) so am going to try Soap and Glory next.

Ooh OP please share what heel balm worked on your arms as mine are in a state!?

I have KP on my upper arms and bum 😳

Also the leg dots although they don't look like KP. Having laser hair removal at sk:n helped a lot with them

I'd give Korean Italy towels a try. They're fantastic for stuff like this.

Second Korean Italy towels... definitely help.

Randomly I had some differin (adapalene) prescribed for my acne. It turns out my face really doesn’t like retinoids, but I incidentally found it is recommended for keratosis pilaris... so occasionally put a very thin layer on my thighs with amazing results. Would be a bit scared to put it on more regularly though, it’s really harsh stuff.

Definitely. They've helped with mine on both my arms and legs

Interesting!!

Cracked heel cream - I’d say any of the decent ones that get good reviews. I know some are better value in terms of price than others so I’d probably look on amazon and read what other are saying.
