Can any hairdressers please help me decipher these colour notes?

My amazing hairdresser has moved away Sad

She has sent me a text with the colour I have - she mixes some together so it's not a standard colour I don't think. It'll make it easier when I find a new hairdresser but I haven't yet! During lockdown she brought colour round and DH did the colour so I was hoping to do that again but I have no idea what to order based on this text!

Can someone please let me know in layman's terms what to buy? I'd really appreciate it!

Colour notes
3/4 8.34 1/2 7.44 and 20 vol
Inoa

I know one is a bleach element so am a bit terrified of getting it wrong! Or should I just leave it to a professional????

Thank you!

8.34 and 7.44 are colours I think. The 3/4 and 1/2 might refer to the amount of each to use. (¾inch, ½inch maybe but maybe not). 20vol will be the bleach. Message back for her to clarify

Or maybe its ¾ of a tube and ½ a tube of the other

Just text her back and ask for clarification.

3/4 of a tube of 8.34 and half a tube of 7.44 mixed with 20 vol
The brand of colour she's used is inoa
Hope
That helps

3/4 and 1/2 means 3 quarters and half of the tubes
8.34 and 7.44 are the shades
20 vol is the strength of peroxide used
You need to check how much peroxide you need. Some you use the same amount as the tint ( so if you’ve got 50mls of tint then you use 50mls of peroxide) some are 1 and 1/2 (so if 50mls of tint then you use 75mls of peroxide)
Hope this helps

Guessing you've got a coppery tint? There's no bleach involved here, are you confusing it with peroxide?

But yes as above - 3/4 tube of 8.34, 1/2 tube of 7.44 and 20 vol peroxide, I think it's equal parts colour to developer.

Caveat that I haven't mixed up anything other than chemist box dye since 1998.

Ok thank you, does sound like I need to clarify on the peroxide! And yes it's very coppery and I love it!
