Brands with poor online customer service

I've been waiting 2 months for a refund from monsoon. Everlane received my returned item 2 weeks ago and haven't contacted me about a refund. I ordered shoes from Hobbs on Monday and they still haven't been dispatched.
Won't be shopping with these stores again.

The following brands have been excellent in terms of fast delivery and easy returns:
Sweaty Betty, Boden, Nike.com.

I feel sorry for struggling retailers but if they make the online buying and returning process difficult, consumers will leave them in their droves.

What retailers would you recommend for excellent online customer service?
