Talk to me about Hada Labo

I am in the market for a new hyaluronic acid and have heard lots of things about Hada Labo. When I have googled, it seems that you buy it direct from Japan via Amazon or similar, this is the 'Premium' hyaluronic acid?

However, Superdrug now seem to have a range, with different packaging and I am interested in this product, the Super Hydrator
www.superdrug.com/Skin/Face-Skin-Care/Anti-Ageing-Face-Cream/Hada-Labo-Tokyo-Anti-Ageing-Super-Hydrator-150ml/p/795470

Does anyone have the product, is it any good? Or am I better off just going for the Premium hyaluronic acid solution from Amazon or wherever? Does anyone have any other links or suggestions?

Thanks!

I've got the whole range from Superdrug, I didn't know there was a 'premium range' on Amazon.

It took a few days to get used to, the face wash is lovely, but the hydrator is kind of sticky, and the moisturiser is a gel rather than a creme moisturiser so again it feels a bit sticky, or at least not a consistency or feel that I'm used to.

I've been using it now for about 4 weeks and there is already a noticeable difference to my skin. It definitely feels plumper and fresher, and much less oily and spotty than usual. I'll definitely be buying it again when I run out, and I have also ordered the night cream.

Thanks - I think the 'Premium' thing on Amazon, is the original range, I'm not sure if it actually premium. I have been reading up and last year the repackaged (and re-formulated?) to sell in the EU so that's why it's different. I might start with the hydrator and go from there.

It seems quite good value, you get a lot of product!

You get a LOT of the hydrator compared to the face wash and gel/cream, I think I'll get through two of each of those while using up just one hydrator.

I LOVE the premium one (in the yellow bottle), it’s been life changing for my severely dehydrated skin. It’s much better than the normal one (also from Amazon) in the white bottle (I think the difference with the premium is it has 5 weights of Hyaluronic acid not 3?). The premium is much stickier but this doesn’t bother me personally.

I have no idea how this compares to the Superdrug range as the packaging is all in Japanese.

I'm tempted by the original proper Japanese stuff as well - I wonder how it is different to the EU formulations?

I saw a review by a beauty blogger on YouTube and I remember saying her a few times that the EU version has not been tested on animals. Cannot remember anymore whose blog it was.

I've tried both and found the krwiginal Japanese products more byedrating. I like the red line premium in the serum and the milk - I always forget which one to buy though as they all look the same - must get some more as using a polyglutamic acid at mo and it's not as good.
