I'm still seeing so many cold shoulder tops. Who is buying these monstrosoties?!

Ruffles don't seem to be going anywhere either.

Skinny jeans. They don’t work on anyone!

IncludeWomenInTheSequel Tue 25-Aug-20 09:15:19

Really really short tops. So many times I think something looks lovely on the hanger, pick it up, and oh look, it would end 2 inches below my nipples angry

crop tops, wide cropped trousers, oversized clothes.

ValancyRedfern Tue 25-Aug-20 09:18:10

Skinny jeans. Surely people should have realised they awful by now?!?!

AnaViaSalamanca Tue 25-Aug-20 09:20:03

going to be flamed for this, but trainers with dresses/skirts

PineappleUpsideDownCake Tue 25-Aug-20 09:20:32

Big eyebrows
Gel/fake nails
Skinny jeans
Leopard print/animal print
Silver shoes/sandals.

frankiefirstyear Tue 25-Aug-20 09:22:46

Animal print
Skinny jeans
Cold shoulder tops - the ones with the straps then a bit missing then arms that start

nitgel Tue 25-Aug-20 09:23:03

Yes eyebrows

I like my skinny Jean's grin

BrutusMcDogface Tue 25-Aug-20 09:24:06

What’s wrong with skinny jeans?!

How about socks and sliders 🤢

middleager Tue 25-Aug-20 09:25:10

Those big buns.

Worse - matching mother and daughter big buns (seen recently).

Skinnies. Unless you're a 16 year old size 6-8.
Leopard print. Could be Primark, could be Gucci. You're still looking like Bet Lynch behind the bar.
Birkenstocks- yep. I get they're comfy. Unless you have very small, tanned, beautiful manicured feet, you're rocking the Frodo Feet look.
Thankfully Saltwater sandals seem to have not been so scattergunned all over MN this summer. Perhaps the company didn't have time for the "subtle" product placement threads that are usually so obvious.

SinisterBumFacedCat Tue 25-Aug-20 09:26:38

Very tight leggings and crop tops.
Skinny jeans, I miss comfy jeans!

ScorpioSphinxInACalicoDress Tue 25-Aug-20 09:27:30

What about those boy buns?
There was a "dude" in the supermarket yesterday. Good looking whippersnapper with one of those ridiculous things on his head. I wanted to come over all Bridget Jones's mum and say "now go home, take that thing down and get yourself a proper haircut"

Yes.
Don't like the buns on female or male.

Skinny jeans! Makes everyone look like a parsnip.

Floisme Tue 25-Aug-20 09:31:34

I don't really mind any trends as long as I can avoid them myself if I don't like them. It's the ones that become so mainstream you can't find an alternative that scare me. So even though they did eventually go away (so sorry op, not quite on-thread) I'm going to nominate low waisted trousers.

ScorpioSphinxInACalicoDress Tue 25-Aug-20 09:33:18

A parsnip! Yes!

HazelWong Tue 25-Aug-20 09:33:38

Midi length - I am short and it just makes me look dumpy.

candycane222 Tue 25-Aug-20 09:36:25

Saw the thread title and immediately thought 'cold shoulder tops'. Just - why?????? 😭😭😭

HazelWong Tue 25-Aug-20 09:42:45

Also jumpsuits. They just look ridiculous to me

ReturnofSaturn Tue 25-Aug-20 09:43:27

Short tops definitely.

So sick of every single top barely reaching your belly button.angry

Mondaymanic Tue 25-Aug-20 09:44:04

I love skinny jeans

Mondaymanic Tue 25-Aug-20 09:44:28

Crop tops and cold shoulder tops. Bodycon dresses

MinnieMousse Tue 25-Aug-20 09:45:42

Love skinnies. Don't like Mom jeans though - they don't seem to flatter anyone.
