Pillow Sprays

👋🏻 Hello!

I've been using This Works Deep Sleep pillow spray since Christmas and I love it. Only problem is I can only smell it for a minute and it seems to disappear now; I think I've gone a bit noseblind to it.

Can anyone recommend something similar? Would like to alternate so that I can keep smelling a lovely relaxing bedtime smell.

Thanks.

Bloom and Blossom do one that smells amazing. It's kind of lavender and musk and vanilla. So nice, it's for kids (it's the Very Hungry Caterpillar one) but I use it on my pillow. Also Neom's sleep spray is good but nothing I've tried beats the Bloom and Blossom one.

The This Works Sleep Plus spray is the absolute best one I have tried, but costs so much. And no use for you if you can’t smell it! I use the Boots lavender one as a cheaper alternative.

I picked up a bottle of this one by Tropic at a charity stall for my daughter at a knock-down price. I know it’s an Alan Sugar brand 🤷‍♀️ but my sister really rates it and she’s quite fussy about these things. A bit steep at full price though.

I have a Feather and Down one I love the smell and you can pick them up in Boots and Sainsbury. Think they may be around £7

Ktay, is the Tropic one really good as I have tried the This Works ond and it didnt work lol. The reviews look very good but I am fed up of buying things that just dont help.

Has anyone else tried the Tropic one?

In our house we love the Tropic one. It's a bit pricey but smells lovely, and helps kids sleep so that's a huge plus!

Thanks everyone a good few to check out. Tropic one is a no for me as I won't buy from MLMs but the others will be worth a google!

@superstar63 I use the Tropic one, I love it. Started using it after DH & I separated and it made me feel so calm and stress free.

You can buy tropic direct from the website. (Does that make it less MLM? Idk)

The Avon one. It lasts for a few days on the pillow and smells gorgeous

Thoroughly recommend the Sanctuary Spa sleep range which includes a spray- wouldn't use anything else tbhz

I personally wanted to love the this works one but didn’t get on with it. I like the L’Occitane pillow mist. Also got one that was nice in Crabtree when they were closing down (not helpful!)

Definitely look at feather and down. It’s a small business and they do lots of other lovely calming stuff too!

I started using the Sanctuary one at the weekend (which you can spray directly onto your face as well as onto pillow) and I LOVE it. Have previously used both This Works and another one (Puressential I think) and this one seems to be working much better, particularly in terms of being able to get back to sleep if I wake up during the night.

I actually use body lotion on my arms now as it lasts much longer than pillow spray. I do tend to sleep with my arms near my face.

I think I have tried the Sanctuary one and also Lush sleepy lotion but nothing works for me but am tempted by the Tropic one although I saw on the reviews which are very positive people thanking so and so which I suppose must be the person that recommended them if it is MLM?

@superstar63 like I said, my sister really rates it and she is quite fussy. I’ve not tried it myself but picked it up from a charity stall on a whim for DD1 as much for a placebo sleep aid as anything else. She didn’t use it that much so donated to my sister!

(MLM = multilevel marketing; probably best you google as I’m too sleep deprived to explain properly but the business model can be a bit dodge and rely on ‘agents’ harassing friends and family through FB to buy their stuff or even join their ‘team’ of sellers. Rarely works out well for the people selling. I was sceptical about Tropic as Alan Sugar owns it and because of MLM thing but some of their stuff does get good reviews.
