Where do you buy your jeans

As been a larger lady I've not worn jeans for years but lost a bit of weight now and think I'll get some jeans
Where do you recommend for shopping for jeans and what style do you recommend for a 50 something and a size 16 ?
Would be easier if you could just go to a shop and try them on but can't right now 😕

Peacocks. Style will depend on your preference but I get their skinny high rise size 16. They are very generous around the waist for me but tighter on the legs.

I go for Esprit.co.uk as they have a variety of styles and, importantly, free returns. They often have price reductions too.

Style wise, I don't know. I still go for skinny, preferably with a highish rise to control my stomach!

I like M&S Ivy jeans, they’re skinnies and fit me perfectly.

My suggestion would be to have a think about the shape you fancy, then order a load from ASOS. They have lots of different brands, and you can filter by size, colour, brand, fit. Then try them at home and send back what you don’t want. Delivery and returns are free.

H&M, they have every possible style. Buy online and return anything you don't like. I'd size up though.

I am skinnier on the legs and larger round the waist so the peacocks ones sound a good option

I'm an 18 and Dorothy Perkins jeans seem to be the best for me.
I don't normally buy much in there but just picked up a pair in the sale a while ago.
They were skinny ankle grazers.

Not normally my style but joules and fat face both do lovely jeans with just the right amount of stretch

I'm finding George/Asda high rise skinny jeans are a good fit just now and very forgiven around the tummy as well. Even found a pair of high rise bootcut jeans as well.

M&Co have a good range of stretchy jeans with higher waists. I’m a 16 and I like the range of styles and shades of blue. It’s easy to return stuff so buy a selection and take back what you don’t want to keep.

M&S Lily are fabulous- stretch - good waistband with regular or
Cropped options- don’t try on in shops - mirrors hideous and a really depressing experience!!
