It is tricky to say! I have my usual size but they are looser on me than I would like . If you have wide feet you might be ok regardless.

Think they have a sizer on the website too but I'd be tempted to order both sizes especially if you don't have wide feet!

Mine are about 2 years old and still in great condition. They aren't the softest of food beds so some love them and some hate them!
