Proper scoop neck simple t-shirts?

I’m so fed up with high/ crew necks. I want a proper deep scoop - not v neck.

Has anyone seen any? I found an old one in my cupboard recently and look so much better wearing it (plus it had better thick fabric as well hmm)

I've got some from Primark and live in them. I think they call them slouch t-shirts.

If they’re slouch, are they loose fitting? I should have said I wanted something quite fitted.

uniqlo is often good for plain t shirts in lots of styles and shapes.

and sometimes H&M?

I have a navy one from boden. Worn it for years. Lovely thick material. Wear all the time, mostly under things where idont want the neckline to show but want cotton next to my skin. Not bought one recently so can’t vouch for the quality now but they do still sell them.

I struggle with this too. I really don't suit the higher neck type . Why are the lower ones so hard to find!

also in white - I do wish I sized down though as I thought they may shrink but they haven't.

I don't think the link wants to work but you can find it if you Google 'short sleeve scoop neck top in cotton tezenis'.

I agree Primark. They do the scoop slouch (which isn’t really slouchy) but they also do scoop stretch in both long and short sleeves. They are cotton & Lycra and come in a huge range of colours. They are fitted and long enough to come over the top of jeans without riding up and they wash beautifully. I have loads and wear them with everything from trackie bottoms for washing the car to midi skirts and heels for a night out (remember them?). They also do them in crew neck, low vee and one wonderful year they made a slash neck that was the perfect Bardot. I keep that one for special occasions now.

I have some long sleeve scoop T-shirt’s I bought from Whistles about 3 years ago. They are lovely and still look good but they cost £30 and are completely identical in cut, weight and finish to the £3.50 ones from Primark.

Joe Browns do one, a sort of "gypsy style" so you might not like th sleeves but a deep scoop neck and not tight round the middle. Lots of colours

I really like the ones that Seasalt does. Organic cotton, a lovely range of colours, and good prices!

I worry now in case they are made in China by the Uighurs in concentration camps. They take children away from their parents and put them in orphanages and sterilise the women. Shocking 😱

Try Sosandar. I like t shirts the same and they have a good selection of fitted and lower cut.

ruthieness Wed 22-Jul-20 18:16:32

I think you are looking for square neck t shirts

gap also have square neck...

H&M do some that are slim fitting and the sleeves are super flattering. They come in packs of two. They aren’t super low Scoop though the may do some if you hunt though
