Help please bumpy red face

I'm 50. Never had amazing skin- teenage acne and fairly mild rosacea. But 12 hour NHS shifts in PPE since Covid and my face is struggling. Little red bumps and it just looks awful.
Has anyone got any miracle cures? I'm a (very poor) student nurse so nothing horrifically expensive please!

I have similar skin and find Dermalogica's Medibac range works well. I use Phoera foundation on a day to day basis too which offers super coverage x

Honestly I’d see the dr. You get free prescriptions so make use of it.
