Eye cream

Looking for a brilliant eye cream as a present for my friend. We are in our 40's and she asked me last week what I used as she's still looking for a great one. I haven't found it either but I'm willing to pay the money for a present.
Any recommendations would be great.
No allergies etc

I never saw the point in them, I think they put too much moisture there and cause bags by stretching the skin.

I use the ordinary caffeine serum in the day and dab a tiny teeny amount of 0.2% retinol there twice a week.

I put moisturiser under the cheek bone instead, a consultant on the Givenchy counter told me that area can take moisture from that area years ago.
