Face masks - where do you buy yours?

Just a question as they will all become compulsory. I don’t want to buy the medical ones as I think they should go to the people that need them most. Any ideas? Washable and reusable would be preferable. Thanks

I saw some washable ones in B&M the other day. I've bought mine from here Mabel and Mu. Washable fabric ones and cheap postage too.

Etsy, ASOS and a posh one from the vampires wife

I've made some. Really easy - just a chopped up pillowcase and a couple of hair bobbles.

Watching this as I want some nice ones that don't need fiddled with to keep them in place!

Wolford. They are very comfortable.

I've been making them.

I think DS1 tried to order some Adidas (or possibly Nike) ones yesterday but they might have been sold out.

My daughter made ours.

Have a look on Etsy or your local Facebook sites for people making and selling them

There's a company called Mabel and Mu doing well fitting single layer fabric ones for 4.99 someone recommended them on here. Scroll down for the plain fabrics and email them if the one you want isn't listed, they are really helpful. All my family like them and my mum has ordered too. They are for humans but modelled on dogs due to their usual business! mabelandmu.co.uk/collections/dog-print-masks-by-mabel-mu?page=1

I got some from eBay, etsy, millies masks and a lady on our local Facebook

Was reading a Guardian article today that said single-layer masks offer the least protection.

I think it said three layers is best. If I can find it I'll link to it.

I got mine from here elle.co.uk/

I think £15 for five arrived today and seem to be fairly comfy.

Falke and Baukjen and I'm going to make some so I can have a supply by the front door to grab on my way out if I forget. Falke very comfortable double layer with slot for a filter.

THey are really easy to make - a good tutorial and pattern here

Yes, that's why I mentioned they were single layer, because some people may want a triple layer one or one where you can insert a filter.
