Hair Help!!!’

I was due to have my hair coloured the day after lockdown so my hair has now not been dyed for 15 weeks or so. My roots are a terrible brown and grey mixture but the rest of my hair is caramel blonde colour. If I just whacked a semi permanent light brown through my whole head would that take ok? I was going to go darker again anyway but as long as it doesn’t interact with the bleached parts and go green or orange! Can any hairdressers advise?
