Hair Bows

Hiya! I run a small business making mainly hair bows and scrunchies. I’ve recently started back up again and brought in School Bundle set. Did a deal on them for the first week but sadly had to put the price back up. I’ve always tried keeping prices fair so I’m not sure this is worth me continuing, which is disappointing.
Basically wanted peoples opinions on what they think the price was/what they’d pay.
Thank you!
😊

depends how much this cost for materials, and then you will need to add on a little for profit xx

Yes I’ve done that so I have a price for it. I was just wondering what others thought it would be by looking at it xx

They don’t look like something everyone would buy, only those with a bit extra cash, so I’ll go with £15.
They look cute.

Personally I'd compare with shop prices locally.

Is £15 for all in the box.
I don’t wear scrunches, but I always pop a bow on my ponytail. I get mine from the Chinese supermarket in Tenerife.. €1 each.
Possibly not what you wanted to hear.
They do look lovely though

I don't have daughters but would probably expect to pay around 3 quid for each one.

I think your problem will be that supermarkets do very similar packs and you won’t be able to compete with them on price.

You’d be better off focussing on something interesting and original for special occasions, that people would be more tempted to splash out on.

School stuff gets lost all the time - it’s not worth spending much on.

They look really lovely OP, and do look expensive and good quality. Unfortunately as someone said, school hair bands get lost all the time so I would only ever buy cheap bands. Plus at both of my DD's schools they have to have hairbands completely plain and in the strict school colours of bottle green for one and navy for another.

I would definitely buy them in occasion material - have you thought about making them in reverse sequin material? My kids buy everything they can find in reverse sequins.

I would pay £5 for that.

Thanks guys! Might have to stop selling those bundles then and fingers crossed my other bits will catch on. If not, back to closing it is😊🤦🏼‍♀️

I think they're lovely! I'd pay a tenner for a box.
